I have been in the holistic wellness field for several years, having started my own wellness journey by going to massage school in 2004 and subsequently building a practice in Atlanta for more than a decade. Now I focus my attention on Reiki, yoga, sound baths and chakra-centered tarot readings. I studied Tarot under Biddy Tarot and received a certificate in 2024. I completed a 200-hour yoga training in 2023 and I am currently working on an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach course through The Shakti School and a Thai Massage Program through the Naga Center..
